EXPERIENCE:

Burlington Coat Factory: Customer Service Supervisor, Seasonal Keyholder (September 2017 – Present)

Supervise and coach sales associates and cashiers in order to ensure customers are receiving satisfactory service. Complete bi-weekly evaluations of cashiers, ensure the front-end of the store is orderly and presentable for the satisfaction of customers.

Drake University Athletics Department: ESPN3 Replay Operator, Technical Director (November 2015 – Present)

Work under professionals and alongside students to operate professional-grade equipment (3Play) to broadcast to ESPN3. Trained students to use equipment.

The Times-Delphic: Full-time Photo Editor (September 2015 – December 2017)

Capture and publish 3-4 photo sets per week. Collaborate with sports and feature writers to capture the images they desire, as well as providing ideas for more interesting visuals.

Spoon University: Community Manager (VP), Video Contributor (September 2015 – September 2017)

Create and publish images, articles, and videos on a monthly basis to Spoon’s international online publication. Articles published to Spoon’s website have reached over 43,000 people.

Northwest Passage LTD: Film Production Intern (May 2017 – August 2017)

Created captivating videos and short documentaries to showcase what NWP has to offer. Worked one-on-one with kids with mental health issues to create their own content (documentary films, motion poetry, etc.)

94.1 The Dog: Disc Jockey (January 2017 – May 2017)

Produced and hosted The Local’s Morning Show, a segment which ran at 10 a.m. on Mondays to showcase local Iowa talent and the musicians of Station 1 Records.

Station 1 Records: Photographer and Videographer Intern (January 2017 – May 2017)

Promoted the artists and label by taking photographs and video of their events and artists, specifically The House Party, which recurs monthly at Lefty’s Live Music. Designed and coordinated what merch would be sold at The House Party.

Walmart: Cashier (May 2016 – August 2016)

Checked out customers, brought returns to customer service as well as sorted where they went in the store. Helped customers find things they needed in the store.
